So while scrolling through the Eufy site, looking for other HomeKit compatible cameras, I noticed that the EufyCam Pro 2 Pro is/will be HomeKit compatible. Naturally, this caught my attention so I went onto Amazon to read the reviews and I’m not as encouraged as I thought I would be.
I’m reading reviews of “This camera is great and works well with HomeKit” but I’m also seeing “The latest firmware bricked my camera” or “The battery life only lasts 8 days even though it’s advertised for a full year”.
What are some other pros/cons of this particular camera? I’m exploring my options of not having to charge my EufyCam 2C every 5 days and this camera caught my eye because of the battery life and the HomeKit integration BUT, if it’s a POS, I’m willing to pass on it but I wanted to get honest reviews from here first.
