This is not Wyze user forum which is more lively. Unlike Eufy, Wyze realize having support persons in forum is the best tool to support and grow their products.

You need to send in feedback from app and Logs.

Had the same issue also, because I was using an old version of eufy App.
This occurred after my cameras received a firmware update and also do to the security thumbnail issues.
The updated app version now states that if you choose to have notifications include thumbnails that they will be sent to the cloud even if you don’t use or pay for that.
So check if your eufy app needs to be updated

Yes, they should have said something about that…
Though I kept getting this full screen pop up every time I opened the Eufy App but, refused to do the update.


Then a few days later when thumbnails and videos were not viewable I installed the new update.

Yeah, I know what you’re talking about Google is always looking for something on you. :mag_right::dark_sunglasses:
The next time you sign in give it like 5 hours before you delete account to see if auto updates occur. It takes a while for it to check it doesn’t occur instantaneously.
The updates usually occur in the background and also you receive a notification, you don’t need to have the Play Store kept open on your phone.
