Exclusively pumping can be exhausting sometimes but I am proud of myself for reaching 90 days ! My first goal was 3 months of pumping next is 6 months. I like to do it is smaller increments so it feels easier to achieve

Going on ten months of pumping every 2-4 hrs. Determined to make it to one year.

I nursed my first baby and then nursed and pumped when I went to work. My second is currently 7 weeks old and we are doing a combo of nursing and pumping because he really struggles to nurse. I’m looking at switching to exclusively pumping and very scared about giving up but you give me hope!
