Same Problem here in Austria:,Error Code -23. what to do?

Same issue in Dublin -23, Eufy what’s the solution here? Looks like a server or software update issue.

Got the same message. SOLVED after deactivating VPN. Works on Android, IOS and web now. Seems that there was an update as there was no issue before. Same error again after activating VPN on Android and IOS.

Same still Down in Germany. There is a screen shot auf an Eufy status page in the form. What is the Link for this page?

Still down in France ( Brest ) at 19h50 i tought it was a bug in my configuration ( wifi bridge, wifi box … ) so in thoses case you TRY to reboot everything and then you find the right topic that inform you that… it’s an Eufy server issue lol

So strange,… i’m from the netherlands. It works on 4G and wifi. No reboot done… Just works again

Ciao buny sono italiano e da oggi mi da questo errore anche a me … -23 … in wifi a casa fa ma a volte no e in 4g non più anche se manda sempre le notifiche con foto … se vuoi teniamoci in contatto … alvaro.focardi@hotmail.it

21h18 , seems to work now :+1:t2: I have try my 3 cams and finaly able to connect thruth my iPhone on 4G network.
In the end, it’s not very reassuring to know that for X’s reason, it’s quite possible that one day we no longer have access to anything at all

Same problem here in Germany. Only in wifi it’s working not 4G mobile. If you try it on computer it works also with VPN. What the hell are they doing from Eufy???

My device is now back on track and it works fine without problem.

Ciao alv24, ho controllato pochi minuti fa e vedo che è ripartito, ho installato le cam da pochi mesi , spero che si sia trattato di un evento eccezionale, altrimenti credo che mi affidero’ a qualcosa d’altro, terrò monitorato il tutto.
Lo utilizzo solo in remoto con una sim 4g.
