Works since some hours now
Fixed here in the UK. Think itās about time Eufy have a status page that shows when they are experiencing issues given the amount of times there are problems. The need a proper look at doing more for customers rather than just keep selling and selling products without looking after the customers they have and spent a fortune.

Why is live stream failed when no server?
So Eufy cannot handle local without server?

Had the same problem here in Belgium and a crappy support answer on my mail telling me to check my wifi. Crappy support, they better look into their own community ā¦ 
I think they need to review their Cloud infrastructure because this is not very assuring for the future ā¦
I hope it was an exceptional event, otherwise it is a serious problem
Germany. The issue seems to be fixed. But some other errors numbers occur randomly. May be something is not working correctly at the server farm of eufy.
Still not working after factory reset no possibility to connect HomeBase and cameras again.
I had the same Situation: did a Hard reset yesterday because I thought it was a local problem. Homebase came up but I couldnāt add it. I deleted and reinstalled the app on my phone and did another hardreset and then I could successfully add the homebase. I am happy again

Hope Eufy gives a response Thatcher this was a platform issue.
People might respond better when they are honest about a platform issue. To many people issues for a local problem. A server status page would help so that we donāt troubleshoot a non local problem.
Things happen, donāt denk if you have a problem, that only shows a better understanding.
