Configured door bell to push notification only so I get an alert from motion. Get a continuous alert on my mobile. If I enable video the alerts stop. Anyone else had the same issue? I have support call but they are useless. Keep asking me for video even though I have told them it’s disabled and doesn’t send false alerts when enabled. They done seem to understand its the push only with the problem
