I ended up returning my cameras today. I got an extension from Amazon on the return date. But, after 2 months and no word on the feature coming up, I’ll wait on jumping full steam into Eufy.
HOW is this not supported yet?! It’s 2024, for gods sake…
IP Cameras that have been out since the early 2000s have had this feature, every competitor to Eufy has this feature & there’s hundreds and hundreds of comments from disgruntled customers to implement it.
From a developer standpoint, it isn’t hard at all - in fact it’s super simple.
From a wired camera standpoint, it’s a no-brainer.
From a battery camera standpoint, it won’t drain any quicker than viewing them individually.
I just spent $2,000 on Eufy products and I’ll be returning every. single. one. of them tomorrow - this is utterly ridiculous.
@AnkerSupport @CommunityTeam @eufy-official do better…
We could do this with an ancient CCTV setup. I can’t understand why this feature is not in our hands already. Can we get an official explanation on why this feature is not done? Is it because of a technical issue or a design decision or a victim of prioritization in favor of other features? Is it even in the roadmap?
I’ll boycot Eufy as long as I don’t have, at least, an answer. It’s been 4 years already since the OP. The cameras are great otherwise, it’s really a shame.
Is Eufy even working on this? It would be nice to be able to view more than one camera at a time.
Got a Eufy robot vac recently and have been wanting to set up a security cam system for a while and was excited to stick with Eufy, but this is pretty ridiculous and/or lazy that this hasn’t been implemented in over 4 years of this thread. Oh well, the search continues.
