New to Eufy que

New to Eufy question.

Why can’t we live stream more than 1 camera at a time? I bought that new screen that can stream 4 at a time (waiting delivery) but you can’t in the app?

It’s probably down to bandwidth limits or how the system’s built — just not designed for multiple streams in the app at once.

Also worth noting, I’ve had times where even a single camera won’t connect in the app and just gives me a “Unable to play live video” message.

It can be hit and miss sometimes.

It’s 2025. You’d think that would be possible…

If you have multiple devices connected you can live stream different cameras on each device! Not sure if that helps but when I needed to view two different cameras at the same time it helped me!

We used to be able to view 4 cameras at a time on the web portal but that stopped working according to my wife and others several months ago maybe they fixed it by now. But a cell phone can’t handle it and if it did the pictures would have to be so small to fit on the screen

I’d be interested in hearing what you think of the new monitor after you get it. I’m tempted, but waiting to hear more experiences with it.

To be honest it will be nice if multiple cameras can be stream live at the same time, otherwise why get multiple cameras.

I own the Eufy Smart Display E10 and I’m loving it. One of the most important features that I mentioned to Eufy a long time ago was for the ability to view multiple livestream cameras simultaneously. So having the ability to view 4 cameras on the Smart Display really do make it pretty amazing! It also speaks to you when a doorbell detects motion. :100:

I went with Synology. Too many unresolved issues with eufy, some going back to 2001!
A lot of eufy simps after freebies that are trying to boost opinions, but after dealing with them directly for 5 weeks with 0 fixes, I can confirm they’re as useful as a chocolate fireman.

I heard that you can view multiple cameras with other camera brands which I am kind of looking into
Also I think eufy in the US came out with some sort of screen where you can see all your cameras don’t think that will be in Canada

Will that screen where you can live stream 4 cameras at the same time ever come to canada?

I think I read in a older post from Eufy it will. I don’t know why it wouldn’t. Can’t you order from USA:united_states:amazon? I forgot if you run on 240 volt or 120 volt power supply in Canada :canada:. But buy a adapter. It’s available there but not at a discount like it is through the Eufy app. 199 us $ on amazon 170 us $ on app I’m going to turn in some of my 18000 yes 18000 eufy points for gift cards for one just hope i get the cards before the price goes up

It will also be available in Canada, expected to be released in mid-August

Hi. I´ve just bought six S3 pro camras with two home bases. I am shocked that it isn´t possible for multiple live streams. I had Arlo cameras for the last 8 years but I wanted to try Eufy S3 Pro. The cameras seems to be fine but this really sucks.

Has Eufy respond in this matter. Are they going fix multiple streams or do they turn their back on us customers?

Best Regards
Anders

Multiple live views aren’t possible on smartphones or tablets with the app but I have read somewhere you can if you have the new home base pro which I don’t think is available in the US🇺🇸 yet that I can find. I’ve only heard of people in the UK talking about it. Another way is the web portal that you use on a laptop with a code you get in the app ( top left tap on settings to get the side bar options then security then web portal to get a code ) I’ve only used it a couple times but live views will time out unless you hit continue every 5 minutes to save battery life of the camera. The other way is with the Eufy E10 smart display also can show 4 cameras at same time but battery cameras still give you a warning every 5 minutes but powered cameras stay on. This display is on sale for $160 from $199 in the app I got mine for .63 cents when I used my Eufy fan points I turned in for gift cards

Hi again and thank you for your reply.

I live in Sweden and I think the base station name is S380. I´m sitting with my computer now and that´s easy to connect to my Eufy cameras from an internet browser. You need to give it a security code for maximum 24 hours but the problem is that its still impossible to have multiple streams. Totally crazy regarding to me. I still have Arlo 2 at my house in town and there I can se all my cameras at the same page and the make the screen bigger by easily click on them. It´s quite annoing to tap one camera…wait for 5-6 seconds and the take the next one etc

You got no good “overview” if you don´t have mutiple streams. I´m SO disappointed on Eufy on this. Was told Eufy was “premium” but this is not premium. Must be easily to fix but no interest as it seems.

The latest Homebase Professional S1 supports multi-view display in apps, allowing you to display online video from multiple cameras simultaneously.
