We still have no idea what neighbor it was that was screaming at their pet. I feel bad for it but it was comical.

My wife is guessing it’s the neighbors on the other side of where the camera is. The mic quality is absolutely insane and I love it. I even transitioned my stepdaughter to a eufy cam setup. Bought her 2 E30 cams adoor bell and a spotlight cam.
Unrelated question do you track your Eufy fan points for likes and comments? Just asking because I do every day and today I didn’t get my 21 points and once last week some points actually disappeared. I do it every day and just wondering if anyone else is having a issue. I thought the points that disappeared might have expired but when I tap on the setting for “expired points “ it said no points have expired. Kind of strange so I turned in some points for a $50 gift card and I received it 2 days later but not sure why no credit today for likes snd comments I got them yesterday and my 100 points for posting a video

nope, the inconsistencies stopped me from caring lmao.
You should take advantage of this program. you should be able to see you’re points under the Eufy fan center in the app. I’ve gotten over $350 in cards in the past and turned them in and got basically for free the smart display, a couple small cameras and a water leak sensor. Just got another $50 as I said and have enough points still for another $130. I usually wait till fan week when 1/2 the point gets you larger gift cards
Something’s going on it with. Some days I don’t get any points at all, it seems like if I earn some say 10 pm or so and then try to earn some after midnight I won’t get any at all for the next day no matter how often I like or comment. Now today, they’ve removed it as a way to earn credits in the app. Think they’re phasing this out?
I hope there not ! but I actually been figuring they would eventually. I usually post a video at night and the next morning I will see the 100 points. Then I look at others videos and get the like and comments points within 45 minutes but you can only get 21 per day 7 days a week but the 100 points for videos are only 5 days the people that review them first aren’t doing it on weekends. I’m pretty sure they do that in China where Eufy is located. They are 13 hours ahead of me eastern USA 
time zone.

Yeah and I’ve earned 0 points today as well. I was thinking the points issue was something to do with being under a 24 hour basis but doesn’t appear to be the case after all. Who’s going to be the brave soul to contact them and ask what’s going on?

I just emailed them but don’t expect to hear from them till tomorrow or Monday. I think they probably stopped it where I don’t even have the option to redeem points anymore so sad they probably realized it was costing them $$$$$$$$ to give away gift cards but they should honor existing points I just looked and I actually have 13607. I should have ordered cards when I still had that option I hope the one I did receive is actually going to be valid. I will update you if or when I hear anything.
