Firmware update not getting latest

Hello

I have just installed my Video doorbell with battery. My homebase2 updated to 2.1.1.9h and not to 2.1.2.
How can I get the latest firmware as I have the problem with my indoor homebase2 acting as a chime not working?

Either wait for it to be rolled out to your area or email support for them to send to your Homebase.
