I’ve had this device for years. The motion zones have never worked. I have tried every conceivable option change - obviously restarted device, changed motion zones, tried 1, tried 2, tried different sensitivities, it doesn’t matter if its human or everything, it doesn’t matter how small or how big the zone is - they simply do not do anything. It will either pick up any movement, if set to all, or human only, and in both cases however it’s only triggered if the movement is maybe in the immediate view of the camera/sensor, not towards the outer edge of the image. Basically the motion zones/activity/way it detects activity is completely broken and useless. Before i give up on eufy alltogether and move to Tapo, has anyone managed to find a way to fix this?
