Looks like a fox, fluffy tail and a bit smaller than a coyote.

Hard to tell. Almost looks like a cat or young mountain lion. Based on that and the way it trots down the sidewalk, I’d guess fox. (Foxes seem more catlike in nature to me than coyotes…)
