G’Day I have the Home Base 2 setup with 4 cameras , I can’t view any files on the base have I not set it up correctly any advice appreciated thanks

When I click on the Homebase on my phone nothing happens
Step 1: If you can open the device settings in eufy app for the Homebase (the three dots) scroll to bottom and hit Restart Device
2: If that doesn’t help or you can’t do it, unplug power to Homebase wait a minute plug back in
3: If those haven’t helped factory reset the Homebase and try adding it all over again

Not sure if I understand correctly, but I’ll give it a shot to try and help.
If you are trying to view event clips, they will not be in the Homebase 2 settings. Event clips will be located on the freeze frame of each camera on the Device page.
If you trying to initially install the HB2, you will need to connect it directly to your router with an ethernet cable. Once you go through the setup instructions, you can then detach the HB2 from the router and place it anywhere you want (within range) by switching it to wifi connection. But you always have to start with actual connecting it by ethernet first for some reason.
Hopefully some of this info helps you or anyone else.
Is there a way to keep the outdoor cameras continue security property but not setting off the alarm as I walk through the house.
Do you mean you have a eufy door alarm thing or similar? If so you need to go to the Modes screen in the eufy app and configure “At home” mode to disable the door alarm
