I purchased a camera in order to check on my elderly Uncle for if he falls. He lives in Nicaragua, and I live in the States. It doesn’t seem like I’m able to add the camera to my home account without it going offline for him. Is it even possible for me to do because I’m in a different region? Any advice is greatly appreciated, thank you.
You might be able to do the share device you and your uncle both have separate eufy accounts, your uncle can request through the apps settings to share a device / camera with you.
Not really sure if it’ll work because you are in different regions and receiving notifications and or video playback maybe delayed because of different time zones.
