Geofencing not detecting guest users phone (wife)

Just installed two eufycam 2c’s & homebase 2.
Set up Geofencing on my system with only my iphone ok.
Then added wife as “guest” to the system, but her Huawei P30 Lite is not showing in Geofencing enabled devices. As far as I can see ( not an android user) location services etc are enabled on her P30 Lite. Eufy app seems to be working ok otherwise on her P30 Lite, receiving notifications etc & can view cameras.
Any advice welcome?

I got around it by upgrading my wife from guest to admin.

Glad you got it figured. I know wife’s phone showed hers differently and had wondered if that was the issue
