Google Assistant cant change Modes

This issue has been so much stress for me. I have lots of eufy products but I’m seriously thinking of just selling them and going with something else. This issue has been ongoing for so long and it’s something I use daily. Well I did. They never really added full support like they said they would and issues just aren’t being acknowledged or fixed.

@Kangchao please provide an update. Eufy has been utterly unreasonable on this product defect. This is an advertised feature. Customers could ask for a refund based on Eufy failure to deliver the product they have sold.
