Since Sunday 31 January I noticed that my Floodlight Cam was constantly uploading data. It seems to be caused by Google Home as follows:
→ Restart the camera, no upload unless the camera is activated from the app. The camera behaves normally.
→ Open the Google Home app. This polls the camera for the floodlight status and starts uploading data - I can see this on my router and the camera light flashes. In all other respects the camera appears to be behaving normally.
→ The camera will then continuously upload data (and the camera light will flash) until the camera is restarted again.
→ If I remove the camera from Google Home everything goes back to normal.
Is anyone else seeing this? Any comments or suggestions?
