I have the Eufy smartlock with the fingerprint scanner and the wifi bridge as well. I linked it to my Google home and evertime I ask my Google home to unlock the door, it asks me for a pin. I give it the same pin I set up in the eufy app but it always tells me that the pin is incorrect. What pin are they asking for if not that one? I tried my Google pin as well and no go. Any help would be great. Thanks.

When I unlock the door form the Google home App, it is asking for a pin code. I put the same pin # which I created in the eufy app but it showed the code is wrong.

I was having this same problem. The PIN for the smart lock is not what it was asking for, I found. It needed the two factor authentication pass code that it made me set up when I linked Eufy to my Google account. Kind of a pain that it has to be entered every single time. I tried adding it again and there was no way to bypass this.
How has this still not been resolved by Eufy?
Where did you find that two factor identification code? Or did you need to unlink and relink?
