Got the cameras yesterday still playing around with it but can’t see it picking up my dog on the ai, just says Human. Any ideas ?

Switch on Pet recognition under Homebase . AI Empowerment
Make sure you have pet detection turned on. It takes a few detections and you acknowledging them by checking off yes under the event circle when it asks you if it is a pet. But it will eventually work

There is 2 spots on some model cameras settings 1 under motion lists human, pet vehicle or all. Some cameras have another section under camera settings “notifications “ with the same list. After that when you get a notification and look at it under the event tab there will be a circle under the main picture if you tap on that it brings up another screen. I’ll try to post a couple screenshots. Also as someone else said make sure you have AI turned on for each camera under the home base settings “AI management “ you can’t name a pet only humans you can add a photo also for human recognition also under homebase settings “ face management “
