Got yourself a new E25 or E28? Consider requesting the improved dirty water tank
May I know the difference pls?
The old tank that came with the machine was leaking on some unit so you can request a replacement free. I’m new to Eufy but I did a lot of research before I purchased and I knew about the tank replacement before I ordered. I thought it was a sign of a good company who admit a problem and fix it promptly. I hope this helps.

I had a notification on my app to send a request for a replacement. I could not at the time as I was travelling. and now that I am back I tried looking for the notification to order and I can’t find it. 
I just got an E28 brand new, will these have the new water tank in them already?
Is there a way for the app to notify me if my E28 is eligible for a new water tank? Or is there a recall for certain machines made between a certain period?

I requested mine after frequently getting the error. They denied it because I was 3 months the over warranty. There is one spot the gasket pops up a little. I have to push down on it maybe once a month because of lack of suction.
My unit started leaking a few months after using and once i got the new tank there was no more leaking.
