Group of guys come and are trying to steal a catalytic converter and they went down the street and got four other cars

This is when I would like to have a camera closer to the street to read license plates and see faces.
Just common thieves
Had mine stolen, took about 2 mins for them to cut it off, Police were useless and the car became an insurance write-off!
They use fake plates or stolen cars. Cat and mouse game with Police. Face covered and CCTV becomes useless.
