I think a gutter bracket would be a great idea! Currently Eufy does not make one so you could buy an aftermarket one on Amazon.com.

If they have the same sized thread it should work just fine!
I can confirm that the ones made for Arlo work just fine. The threads on the screws are identical. In fact, you can use any of the Arlo mounting accessories (except the magnetic ones) with the Eufy devices.
