Today I had a recliner delivered and my Eufy cam didn’t record any of it. Shows no recorded clips for today. Any idea why this would happen?
you don’t say which model cameras, or if they were indoor or outdoor but you can try this. power off, then power on your homebase. allow it to reconnect with the eufy servers and then check again to see if you have any events. i have had times where i thought nothing was recorded and then out of nowhere hours later i get a flood of events.
I’ve just had a truck load of top soil delivered on to my drive directly in front of the camera, nothing recorded
