Has anyone had

Has anyone had an issues with regards to the dust filters, like this? Glad l was giving it, it’s first deep clean because of the smell. Hope it’s just a one off and not design fault. Been trying to get a response on eufy customer service chat, no luck as yet.

Just a follow up on the issue of the melted dust filter.

I couldn’t be anymore happier with eufy still think it’s over kill but… I emailed eufy explained the situation, told them I didn’t want anything just to let them know it could be a bad batch of filters or something else.

Couldn’t have replied fast enough, I got a reply back asking me to provide more pics and proof of purchase and serial numbers etc.

When l provided this, they came back to me and told me not to worry, that they would be sending me out a replace, not a filter but the whole robo vac E28 omni, talk about my jaw hitting the floor.

What an amazing customer service, normal companies you have to go here there everywhere but these guys, boy they are Brilliant, hell l was even cheeky and asked if they wanted a tester for their produces lol.

All jokes aside, it was very nice of them to get back to me, a few pictures and a statement on what happened and it all dealt with. No BS, just honest dealing and communicating.

Ten out of Ten eufy customer service and thank you. Tom
