Have been using the Sleep A30’s for about 3 months now and they have literally changed my life. The 2 snore masking frequencies, combined with the plane engine have let me fall and stay asleep where I REALLY struggled previously. My partner is tiny but snores like Little Nicky in the park. These have been one of the very best investments ever for me
