Hey, having a couple of issues with my eufy system.
1- one of my outdoor Eufy cam + cameras after 12 months now takes around 6 days to charge from the homebase and then lasts around 4 days. This camera also has distorted audio, you legit can’t understand a person talking right T the camera.
Second problem is the entire system (5 cameras) seems to go to sleep, I have no schedule they are all set to run 24/7 but randomly for hours sometimes over a day you will get no motion events from any of the cameras, this is completely random and does not happen at set times. All off the cameras can still be viewed live with no issues though.
Anyone else experienced any of these?
