Hello community. One of my eufy is low battery. How do you charge it? Since is power solar I didn’t think the battery runs out.

I’ve had to charge one of my solar cams by cable,I’ve been told it’s because of high activity and less sun in the winter months,
What model camera do you have? didn’t it come with a charging cable? I would assume it’s like all there cameras there is a USB charging port under a rubber cover but google search your model and ask where charging port is. I guess this would be a pain if the camera is mounted in a inconvenient spot. Good luck
