I have a front door camera. I used to get notifications and events used to appear on the calendar. I don’t get either any more. Is there something in the settings or do you need to pay a subscription after a certain amount of time ?
You dont need to pay anything. It happened me before.
Try deleting the app altogether and reinstalling.
If that doesnt work, start from scratch and re pair your cameras. Its annoying but its only happened me once in 4 years
Go into the camera settings and turn off motion detection and then turn it back on, if that doesn’t work, in the camera settings if you see the option to Restart Device give that a try.
