I recently returned my Eufy E340 doorbell because it was faulty. I can still see the recorded events in my account, but I’m concerned that if the device is reset or registered to another user, I may lose access to those recordings.
Could you please advise how I can keep or back up these events before removing the device?
I would also like to remove the doorbell from my device list. What is the recommended process to do this without losing access to the existing recordings?
