hello , mayby a stupid question. but with the donating events, I won 3x a solar panel and 2x a €10 coupon. but I’m trying to find out how to spend those coupons. if I go to store and pick something. my coupons aren’t available. how does this work?

I think they email you a code to enter into the “add promotion or coupon “ line at checkout

No. I didn’t get any email.
I’ve won 2 coupons. And it says a code. But if I put any product in chart. I can’t use the code nor wil it say i have coupons available. So what do I have to do with these coupons. I also have enough points to get a coupon for €20 but if this gives me the same problem it won’t do me no good.
