Hello you all.

i have about 12 eufy cameras, 2 homebase and a 2 cam doorbell for a year now. It is all working fine. The bad thing is the app! When someone pushes the doorbell my phone should send me directly a notification and a ringing sound, and also instandly go to the image of my doorbell.
But non of this possible!
I don’t hear a ringing sound, it dus not go to the picture of the visitor. I have to do it all by myself. So for me this doorbell is useless.
Before I had a Google Nest doorbell and it worked like i just decided, and that’s very nice.
Am i doing something wrong or is it better to sell this Eufy doorbell.

Join the club. Purchased a 2k doorbell and homebase 2 kit 5 weeks ago. So buggy. I’m not tech novice. No doorbell alerts, footage not indexing properly, bad WiFi signal when it’s directly next to a mesh node wired by cat 8, crashing on restart.
I’ve sent hours of information videos to customer service manager and 5 weeks on, nothing fixed.
Upon research these issues have been present since 2021! :rofl:
