I got a new wifi router and now my eufy x8 vacuum won’t connect to the internet. I’ve done the factory reset multiple times. I am connecting it to my newly created one word Internet of Things network that only runs 2.4G and it is still not working. I have rebooted my Internet. What can I do??? It is driving me crazy! My new wifi router is an Orbi RBE771. The Bluetooth is working where my phone detects the eufy x8 whether using the eufy clean or eufy app. But it won’t connect to the wifi, giving me this error message:
