Hey everyone. I

Hey everyone. I’m having a problem wherein, when it’s dark outside, my cameras and doorbell will all turn their spotlights on but won’t record or seem to detect motion or send notifications. Clearly they are detecting me as the lights are coming on though. Does anyone have any thoughts? I’ve gone through all the settings that I can see, motion detection set to max etc. but no joy. Making me feel a bit uneasy if the house is empty over night. Thank you for any suggestions.

Give us more info on the cameras you have model number.

Do the cameras record motion during the day?

Take a look in your Security Modes.
Smart icon. See if camera is set to record when motion is detected.

Thanks jd. We have 2 s330 cameras, an s340 doorbell and the s380 Homebase.
The issue is the same across all three devices. During the day they work absolutely fine and until recently I think they had been working at night too. One of the cameras is on our driveway and used to go off as we returned home as we park right in front of it. Last night I drove up, lights on, and it didn’t even detect the car despite the camera spotlight being activated as usual. We jumped up and down in front of the camera for a couple of minutes before it finally activated. As we walked to the front door the doorbell spotlight again came on but no alert or motion sensored.
ive been through all the settings and can’t see anything amiss or that has changed. Sensitivity is set to max on all devices. Homebase is connected to WiFi just fine.
any help appreciated.
