Hey, I’ve been using the Liberty 4 NC for a month now and I’ve realized that as of about a week now my microphone stopped working. Any advice?

Connect the earbuds to another device (phone, tablet, or computer) and test a short call or voice recording to see if the mic works elsewhere.
Gently clean the microphones on both earbuds using a dry cloth or a cotton swab lightly dipped in alcohol — sometimes dust or moisture buildup can block them.
If the issue persists after testing and cleaning, it may indicate an occasional hardware fault.
