Hi All

Can someone please explain why the Eufy S2 isn’t showing the current cleaning status? As shown in the screenshot, it only displays the last cleaning result.
The robot has returned to the station to charge and will resume once it has enough battery, but I’d like to see how much it has already cleaned so far. On the S1 Pro, the app always showed accurate, real-time progress, but on the S2 there seems to be a delay—even the robot’s location isn’t updating properly.

The only starus for current cleaning I can see is vaccum is charging and i jave selected 2 rooms 1 & 2 but the cleaning status is from yesterday

maybe it’s a app glitch they been having a lot lately especially on the security side. try clearing the app cache that helps fix a lot of issues

Mine stopped showing the map at all

I think mine works accurately, I’m sorry yours isn’t doing that. But I often clean the same areas all the time so maybe I’m just not noticing? I will try to experiment!
