Hi can anyone please help me…. I am unable to view any history or live video feed when I’m away from my home WiFi whenever I try to it comes up with an error code unable to connect??

Is this when using mobile network, or on a business WIFI?
I ask because I have to disconnect from my works WIFI to see video streams, but I still get notifications
Yeah, public wifi can be a problem but with 4G or 5G it always works. So try turn of the wifi at your phone
To view your history whilst away from home, make sure that the eufy security app has mobile data permissions enabled on your smartphonr
I am getting this error message alot from Eufy when trying to view footage, before no issue. I have unlimited broadband at home. Strange erorrs including AI facial recognition failure as well?
only time I have issues is if the WiFi signal is weak but most of the time it works
