Hi does anyone have the problem of the app opening slowly after a trigger, by the time I open my app after a trigger the person picked up on the camera has long gone

Yes it’s quite frustrating especially when a parcel arrives and not be able to give instructions where to leave it :pleading_face:

My issue here is whatever triggered the camera it doesn’t record. Mind you it gives you a notification great but the video never shows anything. Lazy software :sleeping: taking up to 30 seconds to begin recording. This is a huge problem with all of all security cameras. Unless it’s an 24/7 always recording system.

I got notifications fine until I recently (finally) added an SD card. Now I don’t always get the notifications. Randomly check the app and will see that there are recordings. It’s very frustrating.

Tell you the truth i regret ever getting these cameras. They suck.

Check the battery settings in the eufy app to see if the app is allowed to run in the background. Make sure it is so you get notifications a lot quicker

I turned up the sensitivity for motion detection and set up a certain area and I get noticed in time

I have the same issue. By the time I get a notification of an event, the actual event recording beginning is left out for instance when the mail man comes, the events will show the mail truck and then them taking off not the mail truck arriving (in view of the camera) nor any activity thereafter, until the mail truck leaves. Doesn’t show him putting my mail in the mailbox which is in plain view of the camera, etc

Check in the app battery settings and allow for background usage. It might help load faster when you need it since it would technically be partially opened already
