Hi Eufy Community,
Two days ago I set up my new Eufy S3 pro kit. The two cameras are currently on my bay window sil whilst building work is completed at the front of the house.
The cameras, homebase and phone all have notifications on, zones have been configured. Initially I was receiving dozens of alerts for human detection, recognition and all other motion.
Since adjusting these setting I have received no alerts of recordings. So I followed the tips in the app such as making sure detection is on, adjusting sensitivity, setting up activity zones and still nothing so I reset the Cameras and Homebase.
I immediately received a motion alert from moving the cameras and one for human detection but since then I have received no alerts or notifications. Nothing seems to be recorded yet I can see live feed and record manually.
I have messaged Eufy but as yet have no reply. Can anyone offer a solution? Thank you in advance for your assistance.
