Hi,
For some reason, events are not showing in the app. I get notifications but can not see any events in the app.
This is a major issue in case we need to retrieve old events.
So far no support given.

Hi, which camera?
I’ve had this happen with an outdoor cam E220.
The only way I was able to fix it was to remove the device from the app and then sync it back to the app.
But doing this will remove all previous recordings…
