We’re really sorry to hear that your P20i earbuds can’t be found when you try to connect — let’s try a few steps to help fix that:

  1. Remove the protective film covering the connectors on the earbuds. (If you’ve already done this, you can skip this step.)
  2. Turn on your Bluetooth device (such as a phone, computer, etc.), forget all pairing records, and then turn off Bluetooth.
  3. Reset the earbuds — make sure they have enough battery:
  • Place both earbuds in the charging case and leave the cover open.
  • Press and hold the buttons or touch areas on both earbuds simultaneously for about 8 seconds, until the LED indicators flash 3 times quickly, confirming a successful reset.
  1. Turn on Bluetooth again and search for soundcore P20i, then pair.
