Hi, I have eufy Cameras 4 of them. However, they only record for a few seconds, not covering the problem . Also, the settings of a night aren’t clear . could someone help me, please? I would be so grateful

Hi there my Eufy2c has the same issue. It only records the last few seconds, a lapse. For instance, when a person approaches the path to the door, I only get images of this person at the door… a bit too late and little footage. Did everything by lengthening the record time, no use. Can someone help. Thanks

Hi I’m having terrible trouble with my eufy cameras .
They only record for a few seconds so iam not getting the recordings that I need . Can anyone help me please? I would be so grateful .

Hi, if they are battery powered cameras you can set the recording times.
Open the cameras settings and look for Power Manager.
Tap on that and you will see recording options.

I’m so greatful for your advice re my eufy security . It has been driving me crazy . Also the picture of a night is bad and everyday morning and night I have to press the arrow to change it from day to night again otherwise it stays in the same mode. Could you advise me on what I could do to help me with these problems also I would be so greatful .

I’m not sure what you mean by pressing the arrow to change it night and day.
Where are the cameras mounted?

In the camera settings
Tap on Video Settings and turn on Auto Night Vision.

I have eufy 2c cameras the 4 pack . I’m not very good with these things . I had the girl at bunnings set somethings up for me however I can’t seem to get things right . I can’t find where you said go into video settings and change it . I went into settings …gosh I’m embarrassed by how easy other people can set these up . I’m so grateful for your help .
Where do I find video settings ? I can’t find anything in settings it self . I feel so silly . Thankyou so much for all your kindness , it’s not easy when your not good with things like this .

Don’t feel embarrassed, it’s a learning curve…
So depending on which type of phone you have you’ll either see a cog wheel or three dots ••• tap on one of those to open up 1 of the cameras Settings.
