Hi,

Just installed the Video Doorbell E340 wired to my existing chime, Deta, and the existing chime doesn’t work anymore. It worked only once after the installation.
The Deta Chime and the wires are new and it was working perfectly until I installed the Eufy Video Doorbell E340.
Any suggestions how I can make my existing chime work with the Eufy Video doorbell?
