Hi, my minibase chime T8023 keeps disconnecting itself regularly from the WiFi network - on a daily basis and sometimes more often. I am unable to achieve phone connection to it to view any events without having to restart / reset the minibase. Then I can view recent and past events. This morning minibase did not chime for a parcel delivery.
Minibase and the door bell are within 5m of the router (2m from each other) and have very good WiFi signals.
Is there any thing that I can do to ensure uninterrupted connectivity?
Is there anything next to it/plugged in that might interfere with it?
Try placing the Wi-Fi chime in a different location, to see if it keeps a stable connection.
Take my word when I say this too has happened and it can be ever so frustrating here is the first thing that should be done: click on your stream of course, look up to your right then there shall be a gear symbol AKA the SETTINGS then go to ABOUT DEVICE, and then finally there should be CHECK FOR FIRMWARE UPDATE. and then it will be 10 mins or less till it updates and check back with me here or if you need initial help I do this professionally contact me by giving me thee ok to give my email… thanx Dom
