Try rebooting /restarting your home’s router, give that a shot,

Hi there, thanks for all your help. Did all but same issue with 2 cameras last night. Did not bother, this morning all ok. Don’t know why.

If the camera goes offline, check the following:

  1. Check if the camera has gone out of battery. If yes, charge the battery.
  2. Press and release the SYNC button quickly to check if the camera has switched off or turned off. If the LED does not light up, try to set the camera to ON in the camera settings or Press and hold the camera for 2 seconds to boot up.
  3. If you recently relocated the camera, try to move it closer to the HomeBase.
  4. Remove the eufyCam that is offline on the app and then add it again to HomeBase.

Hi there, thank you for you help. Did all as said. But 2 cameras went offline next day.

I am having the same issue with one of my 2 floodlight cameras 1080p. The app reports the floodlight cam is offline. I have power-cycled it using the light switch which controls it, but it remains offline.

Maybe a software update ?

I checked for a firmware update and there isn’t one. The unit came back on after a couple of power cycles, but went offline again after a few minutes. I suspect it’s dying. My other, identical floodlight cam is working fine.
