4 cameras plus doorbell working…but home base light flashed red…then solid red and the went out…so it is not recording…i tried reset button…and i tried rebooting everything…including router…no luck…help !!!
The red light on th HB is system status idicator not recording status, when blue is means it has internet connection.
Is it hard wired (ethernet) or on WiFi, Seen on here reported issues with WiFi passwords not working.
Can you access the cameras via the app?
Did you contact the customer support? What did they say?
