Homebase 2 failed?

2 weeks of operation and the Homebase 2 has failed. No power and not responding in the app so I have no working cameras at the moment. Tried unplugging and plugging back in. Was hoping for a bit longer than 2 weeks for £450… is there anything I can do to reset it or does it have to be replaced?

Have you had any power surges? Tried a different power point?

I have 4 HomeBases so far for over a year with no failures.

Try leave it all unplugged for 5 minutes and plug it back in. Make sure power plug is firmly attached and there is no visible damage.
