I have a Homebase 2 with add-on chime and a Video Doorbell 2k (Battery). In the past week, the doorbell keeps going off line. After disconnecting it completely, I resynced it to the Homebase 2.
It is back to working again, at least temporarily, in so far as I can get a live video feed on my phone. However, the chime no longer works on the Homebase, but rings on the add-on chime.
I have checked the Homebase’s settings to see if anything was amiss, but it is all set up to ring with volume on high.
Any suggestions on how to get the Homebase to ring again?
