Today I have tested the Homekit integration with the homebase 3.
I was able to successfully add the Homebase 3 as a hub to Homekit, but I made a mistake with the camera’s. I removed the hub from Homekit and want to redo it again. Now I have the problem that I cannot reset the integration or reconnect the hub again. When scanning the QR code of the Homebase 3 in Homekit is says it already exists in another Home (which is not the case, because I only have one) AND I am also not able to remove and reconfigure via the Eufy App.
Any help is welcome.
What cameras are you using? Only 1 of my 3 Eufy 2c pro cams allow me to sync to HomeKit and I’m trying to return this thing unfortunately
Hi there! Sorry for the hassle. Could you drop an email to support@eufylife.com? I’m sure we can figure it out! Please share your ticket number if you have contacted us earlier, for faster case resolution.
I’m really starting to wonder if whoever developed the new Sonos app was hired by Eufy. I purchased the HB3 since it offered HK connectivity. After 24 hours, I only have one of my 2C cameras successfully added to HomeKit.
Something has got to give! If Eufy says their new hub is compatible then all of their devices should be viewable in HK. Minus the doorbell cams which is a known issue with Apple…and yes I agree, that is also unacceptable.
