I experienced a few times that the Homebase is offline, the only way to fix this to cut off the the power and then turn on the power. This is quite annoying since I have it in my holiday home. To fix this I have Telldus so I can restart my homebase (switch off-on plug) remotely. I think it’s a glitch in the network stream that causes Homebase to go offline… maybe Eufy can fix this with a software change… ie automatically restart when you lose network for a shorter period of time……
