Can someone help me. I setup the system and every time I get on the app I get home-based offline error.I reset the home-based and it still says home-based offline.i reset everything the wifi & router still nothing. It’s happens when I use my phone data, when I use wifi everything is good.
I was having the same problem a homebase update just came out and I can access my camera now on phone data
What is the firmware version of your Homebase now after the update?

If you experience issues like this and your home Internet is working then I’d recommend getting the homebas replaced.
My first home base had gone offline once it twice as did my 2c cam. I replaced it when I was given a replacement doorbell. The new one has not had any issies.
